Culinary Arts

This course is designed to build on the skills learned in Intro to Culinary.  Students will implement these skills in the classroom kitchen. The students will continue to learn the fundamentals of professional food preparation, and also study topics such as customer relations, accounting, cost control, and marketing. Students will explore the wide variety of careers found in the foodservice industry.
