After having taught in several schools over the past twenty years, I am proud to say that I work in the best school district in the world. This year marks my tenth year at Columbus High School, and I hope I am blessed to be here for many more. Teaching is not just a job to me; it is my calling, and I can't imagine doing anything else with my life. To be the best I can be for my students, I, too, continue my own education. I hold a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and am currently working on my doctorate at Auburn University. My students inspire me to continue to better myself, and to return the gift, I hope to inspire in them a life-long love for learning.
