Welcome to the 2021-22 school year, my name is Kayley Johns.  I will be teaching Algebra 1, Algebra 1B/SAT Prep, Math Models and Applications, PE, and Athletics.  I am the Girls' Athletic Coordinator, Head Volleyball Coach, and Head Girls Track Coach.

 

I am a proud graduate of Columbus High School and of Texas A&M University, where I received a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a Teacher Certification in Mathematics.  Gig'em Aggies!!  This is starting my 7th year at Columbus and my 16th year overall teaching.  I am married to my husband, Jason, who is a firefighter and we have two beautiful kids.

 

Thank you for the opportunity to be able to teach your wonderful son/daughter in my classroom.  I love being a teacher and love nothing more than to inspire young adults.
